We Will Video Tape Your Non-Profit Event for Free and give you 100 percent of the profits!
Here’s how it works. We will videotape your event with
- 1 to 3 professional digital High Definition cameras
- digitally edit them with a customized opening title
- master a DVD with a menu
- design and print a full color box and DVD face label
Our break-even point is 30 DVD sales. After that we will give you 100% of the sales less the cost of the full color box and DVD ($10). Our normal charge to the corporate world would be over $1500 plus the cost of the DVD’s.
- 1 Camera $ 15 per DVD Note: these prices are for an event up to 2 hours long
- 2 Cameras $20 per DVD as the quality of the DVD will diminish after that.
- 3 Cameras $30 per DVD We will go to two DVD’s (extra cost) if the event is longer
Price includes customized DVD Menu, full color box and label.
Here are some examples of how much you can make:
- Sell 100 one camera DVD’s at $15 each and you make $350 profit
- Sell 100 two camera DVD’s at $20 each and you make $700 profit
- Sell 100 three camera DVD’s at $30 each and you make $2100 profit
note: The profits are yours when you take the orders and you give us a total of what you need. You will pay with one check and we will deliver all of the DVD’s to one location.
We are a non-profit organization and donate our time to videotape these events so that your group can have a first class professional video of your event. This allows you to participate in and enjoy your event without having to worry or divide your attention--such as parents being able to focus their attention on their children instead of looking through the viewfinder of their video camera.
With your assistance, all that you do is to take the orders and give us one check and you keep the profits. We will produce the DVD’s and ship them to you for distribution.
